Governance and sustainability professional with over a decade of experience spanning listed companies and public sector institutions, with a strong foundation in transparent, rule-based corporate governance. Previously worked with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) listed healthcare and hospital organisations, gaining deep expertise in regulatory compliance, board governance, and accountability frameworks.

Currently serves as the Company Secretary and Chief Sustainability Officer of Jaipur City Transport Services Limited (JCTSL), where she is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, ethical governance, and adherence to regulatory frameworks in a public sector urban transport utility.

As the first Chief Sustainability Officer appointed in any government corporation in Rajasthan, I play a pioneering role in institutionalising sustainability within public service delivery.

Leads the integration of sustainability across legal, financial, and operational functions of an urban public transport utility. Architect in developing JCTSL's "Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy", a transparent and structured governance framework that integrates climate action with operational accountability and supports the transition to cleaner, smarter, and more inclusive urban mobility, including electric buses.

My work focuses on electric mobility, decarbonisation of transport systems, and inter-departmental coordination, translating policy commitments into implementable governance frameworks. Regularly represents Jaipur and Rajasthan at policy forums on sustainable urban mobility, climate action, public sector, ESG integration and green innovation.
